eJobbo is the first job portal to use an AI matching system that connects job seekers to compatible job listings through a scoring system.

How it works:
  1. Once you complete your profile, our AI system scans a pool of job listings.
  2. You’ll receive job listings that match your profile, skills, education and experience best. These job listings will have a minimum score of 7/10 for suitability.
  3. You can send compatible job providers invitations to connect and in turn, they can send you invitations to connect as well. You can view your invitations by clicking on the Notification Icon next to Your Profile on the top right of your eJobbo homepage.
  4. When the job provider accepts your invitation, or you accept the job provider’s invitation, you are connected! That means both you and a job provider have shown interest in each other and you can start a conversation, share files and participate in interviews on eJobbo’s platform. Your job connections can be viewed in the “My Jobs” drop-down section when you click on Your Profile.

Job Connections

These are the jobs that have accepted your invitations to connect OR you have accepted their invitations to connect. You can message your “Job Connections”.

You can connect with job providers who are compatible with your profile and have a minimum score of 7/10. To send a suitable job provider an invitation to connect:

  1. Go to “Browse Jobs”
  2. Find a job that interests you
  3. Click on “View Job”
  4. Click on “Apply”
  5. You have sent the Job Provider an Invitation to Connect
  6. If the job provider accepts your invitation, you will be notified on eJobbo’s platform, via email and it will appear in “Connected Jobs” when you go to “My Jobs” on your profile.
  7. Once you are connected, you can start a conversation with a job provider.

Your eJobbo profile serves as your CV for Canadian recruiters. You can edit sections of your eJobbo profile to best reflect your own, personal brand. Use the bio card on your profile to display details of your current personal and professional status, just like a business card. You can manage the information in this section by editing the bio card on your profile. The more detailed your profile, the higher your chance of discovery and potential of matching with job providers. Each of your profile sections can be managed individually to add, update, or remove your personal and professional information.

To add/edit sections on your profile:

  1. Click on your Profile Icon at the top right of your eJobbo homepage.
  2. Click on the “My Profile” pop-up.
  3. Then, click on “Update Profile” and fill in the sections. Or, you can click on a specific section that you’d like to update, such as your bio card, experience section, or skills.
  4. Click the Edit icon to the right of the section you’d like to make changes to.
  5. Make changes in the fields provided.
  6. Click Save.

eJobbo has revolutionized the way you apply for a job. We use an effective matching system that allows you to see a compatible job match score out of 10 and apply to job ads that are most suitable to your skills, experience, and education.

  1. Go to “Browse Jobs”.
  2. Find a job that interests you.
  3. Click on “View Job”.
  4. Click on “Apply”.
  5. You have sent the Job Provider an Invitation to Connect.
  6. If the job provider accepts your invitation, you will be notified via email and it will appear in your “Connections”.
  7. To find your “Connections”, click on Your Profile Icon on the top right of the eJobbo homepage, then select “My Jobs” in the drop-down menu.
  8. Click on the “My Activity” section and then click on “Connections”.
  9. Once you are connected, you can start a conversation with a job provider.

No time to read through a job ad? You can easily save a job ad and get back to it later with these easy steps:

  1. While browsing jobs, simply click on the Heart Icon next to the “View Job” button to save it.
  2. To view your saved job, click on Your Profile Icon on the top right of the eJobbo platform.
  3. Then, select “My Jobs” in the drop-down menu.
  4. Click on the “My Activity” section.
  5. Select “Saved Jobs”.

You need to be registered as a Job Seeker. Once you've registered and subscribed to our services, you’ll be alerted via email every time you receive a new invitation from a company or have matched with a job provider. You can sign up and register with eJobbo here .

To reset your password go to the Login page and type your email address that you used to create your user account and click on “Forgot your password”. Then follow the easy steps to reset your password.

If you are not a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, you must first obtain the correct documentation, like a work permit that authorizes you to work in Canada.

There are four ways to to work in Canada:
